A Letter from a chiropractic student who has received The Pivot Review...
I am a 12th quarter student currently enrolled at [chiropractic college]. I accidentally came across The Pivot Review
one day on the way to class, and am very thankful I did.
It is hard for me to believe how huge an impact a few essays have had on my way of thinking and outlook on
chiropractic so late in my studies here at [college]. The passion for pure chiropractic has now been rediscovered
within me thanks to an unknown student who left the newsletter where I could find it, and to other people such as
those within your organization who are concerned with preserving the chiropractic principle.
The same day I picked up the issue of The Pivot Review, I happened to buy the book, Case Management for Straight
Chiropractors [by Joseph B. Strauss, DC]. I read the book and the newsletter, and it was as if I had been hit in the
face by something that had always been right in front of me but I never noticed before. Three years into my
chiropractic education and I finally had the truth logically explained. It seemed so simple and beautiful.
I am positive that if other students here at [college] are presented with the same explanation of chiropractic
philosophy that I have recently been exposed to, a large number of them will realize what chiropractic truly is and
practice accordingly.
I am at the point where I can't wait to tell everyone I meet about the oasis in the desert that I have found. Therefore,
this letter is also a "thank you" for helping at least one student learn the principles of chiropractic.
